For the past week+ I've been eating a ton less and better. Last night I did some sit-ups and push-ups. Today I jogged half a mile, walked half a mile, did push-ups, and sit-ups. I'll do more sit-ups and push-ups tonight too. I really want to lose weight here, and I'm serious about it. I'm pumped and my body feels so good already.
