I hope they do. How many players do you know that want to sue the team doctor and pretty much anyone else then tell the world they are mad at their employer and then go back to work for them. Me I don't know anyone who would still be employed after that. It is not my money so I hope they eat it all and say don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out.

...Jill, I don't think ARod has given the Yanx any choice. They cannot allow his disruptive presence back into the clubhouse or the field. But let's just assume for the sake of discussion, that he is suspended for the entire 2014 season. If that happens he will have spent to much time away from the game, almost 2 years before the start of the 2015 season. And at his age by then I don't see him being productive enough to warrant a starting job and probably too slow to play 3B. He'd likely be a part time DH at best and if/when faced with that, the Yanx may as well just work out some sort of settlement or pay off his entire remaining salary and part ways.

Become the biggest pain in the ass, and let them pay him as much as he can salvage to go away and with that he then would be declared a free agent and he could sign another 10 year 250 mil contract and play till he's 50 because he is so delusional. And somewhere in this world, there is an attorney telling him, "your right"...
