...Jill, I don't think ARod has given the Yanx any choice. They cannot allow his disruptive presence back into the clubhouse or the field. But let's just assume for the sake of discussion, that he is suspended for the entire 2014 season. If that happens he will have spent to much time away from the game, almost 2 years before the start of the 2015 season. And at his age by then I don't see him being productive enough to warrant a starting job and probably too slow to play 3B. He'd likely be a part time DH at best and if/when faced with that, the Yanx may as well just work out some sort of settlement or pay off his entire remaining salary and part ways.
