When asked about the bull pen melt down from last nights game, imagine this happening.
Boner arises from his seat, breaks into a soft shoe, then croons:
When I see my team in trouble,
I scratch my ass and blow a bubble.
After the game has turned to rubble,
I scratch my ass and blow a bubble.

He turns 27 Today.
There is a remote possibility that either Tyler Austin or Yangervais Solarte could be in the line up for San Francisco. Knowing what former Yankees have played against this team exercise caution. Though I doub it, Boner may learn something from watching Bochy. Oops, Yankee Fans beware, just found out that the White Sox did a DFA on Ervin Santana. Don't let Cashman near the dumpsters this weekend.

??? Boner has Thairo Estrada, a shortstop on any given “normal” day, playing an OF position???
Has he ever played the outfield before tonight? Or has Boner just plucked the kid out of his bag
of tricks to play the OF? Is he resting Gardner for late inning duty? Yes, we Yankee fans are really
concerned with the manager’s in-game decisions.

Damn it- was looking forward to watching the Yanx vs Madbum, and hoping 2C The Big Maple extend his shutout streak, but- it's Jay's n A's here.
MLB's #1 Prospect: Vlad Guerrero Jr is making his debut tonight.
I thought Vlad Sr was a stretch for the HOF, but, I'm ok with it.
Sr averaged approximately 169 Hits and 61 strikeouts per season over 16 years. Amazing in the sense Vlad yr after yr, gave himself the biggest strike zone of any player I've ever seen. Impossible to pitch around him.
A dangerous hitter due to swinging and hitting balls bouncing in the dirt, ir balls a foot outside, or up in his eyes, et al.
Here's a reminder clip of the new Hall of Famer...
