Please no sleepy offense vs the lefty....

Tonight we get to watch the other 2ndB, Brenden Ryan....
lucky us.

Bad enough Eovaldi is pitching, Ryan at the deuce. Come on Yankee ghosts breathe into the stadium tonight.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now is the time to get it all together on WPIX 11 , where is the scooter? frank messer, bill white... come on you huckleberry's, let go yanks

Hopefully the offense comes to play tonight.

One of the most enjoyable broadcasting crew I've ever heard. Replacing Messer with Murcer made them even better.

Those were the days when the announcers would switch between television and radio.

...hate to see this weather break up Eovaldi's rhythm...he was dealing.

Short delay and the offense back at it. 2-0 with runners on second and third nobody out.

Wow, been wondering why there's been no words on Brett's White Shoes he wore the other day,..... Kay says Trashman had some words with Him over those shoes, "it will never happen again", or did he give him 27 lashings......?

I thought those Thunderheads, were moving east and out.......wicked looking front of a storm......

Last player to not meet dress-code***, was Boomer in 97, when he wore an authentic game worn Babe Ruth Hat, which he paid approx: $350,000 for......

*** unless were talking crooked hats, or heads......

Didi strikes out, Ryan loops one to the second baseman and Ellsbury grounds out.

eovaldi has got some nasty stuff, his record absolutely reflects his talent, but the 4.50 era... what gives ? heard them say earlier he gets ahead, but does not have killer instinct, anything else to add?

...he had one game vs Miami (his old team) where he gave up 8 runs and only retired 2 batters in the first inning before being removed...kinda screwed up his ERA...other than that, he's been pretty good...but he still needs to be more efficient because he throws many more pitches than he should and is usually gone by the the 5th or 6th inning.
...he has the stuff but oddly, opponents are hitting well over .300 against him.

Perhaps he's coming along finally. It would be very big for this rotation of his promise and his stuff continues to translate.

Didi's swing has been way too defensive lately.

now i know why you ask about deleted posts, my posts are being deleted, not by me. i have no idea why this is happening

Damn bad break there. Ground rules double costs a run unless Mccann come through.

Now if the stone footed Gardner could have stolen a base he would have scored on that ground rule double.

...hope all these damned stranded runners don't come back to haunt them.
