I'm pretty sure this is on MLB Network if the paper is correct.

Phillies' pitcher Velasquez is plowing through today's Yankee lineup. Tanaka has allowed only 2 hits in this young game.
Carter looks lost at the plate.

Sorry guys late to the game.

Gardner
Sanchez
Bird
Castro
Carter
Headley
Wade
Refsnyder
McKinney
Tanaka

Greg Bird unloads HR. Yankees up 2-0 bottom 4th.

Bye Bye Birdie, Greg does it again. 3 run HR. Yankees up 5-0 or Bird 5 Phillies 0!!!!!

Phillies' announcer mis-named Chase Headley as Chas Utley.........I nearly fell off the couch thinking....."If only!" Then
I looked up to see it was Ole Headley rounding bases after he hit HR. Yankees 6 Phillies 0 in bottom 6th.

Now frustration is setting in with the Philly announcers saying...."It's time for Tanaka to give up some runs this ST.........he's due...."

Hey guys it's only ST.

Girardi takes Tanaka out after he walked batter. He pitched 5.1 scoreless innings.

^^^at the time the Yanx acquired Chase Headley I was campaigning for them to snag Chase Utley.

...yet another good outing from Tanaka...still has not allowed a run this Spring.

These announcers are annoying as hell. Yanks taking care of biz 6-0.

^^^^talk about putting me to sleep!

Yankees coast to 7-3 victory. Greg Bird's power & Tanaka's continued scoreless ST innings were the stories of today's game.

Wow the Yanks are taking care of biz, I will be back to NY in the A.M. :biglaugh:

Out all afternoon just checked the box and play by play. From now on my name for Bird is Dr. Bop, the man can sure mash. Tank probably on to a good year in what could be his "walk" season if he puts up good stuff all year. Despite the pitching woes I believe this team is going to take names and kick ass.

...hey, you get your ass back in the kitchen and make your husband a pot pie...like a good wife.

[ducks, turns, then runs for cover]

...love watching Bird's sweet swing...reminds me of George Brett.

If he doesn't behave himself the only pot he will get is smashed on his head.

...lol...although I was obviously kidding with you and although I call most of the shots most of them time, I also know that in regards to my wife, "whatever Baby wants, Baby gets"...it just makes life much easier around here.

if only Hal applied the Cheetos Deference to all contract negotiations this franchise would by on ring number 30.

...I wasn't crazy about the initial Headley acquisition but the following year Cashman not only overpaid him, he also over-extended him by giving him a 4 year deal ...and that was just asinine.

...Headley has had exactly one impressive year in his whole career (2012) but Cashman used that single outlier as a barometer...simply mindless.

That deal defies all logic and there is no justification possible.

What I'd give to have Vic call all games, on TV and radio too...

this is how games should be called these days imo-
