RHP - Nathan Eovaldi, (3-1 4.73 ERA)

VS.

RHP - Jeremy Guthrie, (4-2 4.75 ERA)

NOTE: Eovaldi is only one of 2 pitchers (Mark Buehrle) with a minimum of 30 IP who have a winning record while allowing opponents to hit over 300 currently opponents are hitting at a clip of 311 against Eovaldi.

fwiw:................................GO YANKEES!

Today's lineup......

LF - Gardner
3B - Headley
DH - A-Roid
1B - Teixeira
c - McCann
RF - Jones
2B - Drew

CF - Heathcott

At the current rate at which the Yankees are hitting Eovaldi is in a deep hole with those stats. There were three things wrong with last nights game, 1 the Yankees lost, 2, Kruck, and 3 Schilling. No more ESPN Games for me.

...I wonder if the current Yanx line up could hit .311 vs Eovaldi?

Hell I'd be happy if they could hit 260 against ANYBODY!

Today's lineup posted in the OP

BTW: I'm sure Girardi is just show casing Drew's incredible hot bat as possible trade bait.

Holy shit what a first inning.

Headley a two run shot
McCann a three run shot
Gardner a three run shot

8-0 after one inning. Where the hell have these guys been?

2nd inning we have 2nd & 3rd with nobody out with Drew a chance to do something.

HOLY SHIT! Finally, another 3 run shot. Now 11-0

Sometimes Vic.........................life can just be a bitch.

The yanks need to find a spot for this kid heathcott even when ells bury gets back. Kid can flat out play and really nice stroke with the timber

His problem is, and has been, staying healthy

I also recall that several years back he had a drinking problem but has since turned that part of his life around. Lets hope he can stay healthy. So far he looks good.

:nerd:

"Holy Shit": Well said Rick.....:shock1:

After this last drought, especially the prior 3, have been intriguing to say the least.....

Today's BIG offensive show, will be needed like riding a wave, once KC comes to Town, Tomorrow, right before the Yanx hit the road......

but I'm not holding my breath either way, lest I would faint.....

Had to leave after the first inning, had to admit I was about shell shocked. Looked like they came out today to get revenge for all the times they've gotten their butts kicked from the Tampa Bay series. Enjoy it, we don't know how long it may last.

Lately it seems that after an offensive explosion there's a let down, lets hope that doesn't happen.
