A lot of people aren't understanding just how big gaming is these days and how much money is involved now which is why you see turner sports making deals and these other huge corporations. Twitch is huge. Youtube is huge. This is the next big thing that will be broadcasted like some of your favorite sports these days. We are talking big fucking arenas.

People that play just regular games, not even competitive games stream on Twitch and get hundreds to tens of thousands of viewers every time they stream. These people have patreon accounts where their fans pay them money, as well as getting paid by Twitch from ads. If you can get popular enough, this can be a full time gig.

I wish I was more interesting, this job would be interesting if I could take streaming games for 8 hours at a time.

The girls make money but they definitely aren't competing with the top guys on twitch and that's only because they are in it for the wrong reasons and people on twitch hate that shit except for the white knights that make up the viewership of these girls. They bust out cleavage and all that shit, it's pathetic. Basically a cam girl without getting naked, they barely play games and it's kinda scummy
