I started out in the Celtics section. Here are my first 3 posts on BBW.
1st post (in February when I joined) (Celtics section)
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Orlando can get a better deal for Francis, and they dont need Raef/Scal (or their contracts, especially Raef's), especially because they just got Darko
from the Celtics point of view, i don't want Stevie. he is a very talented player and is extremely athletic, but i don't want that negative energy around here. i mean he seems like a funny guy from interviews and stuff, but he has had problems in both Houston and Orlando, and cried his way out of Vancouver when he was drafted (although i would give him a chance, because u never know, Ricky matured A LOT). i dont want a player like that on this team. he would demand the ball too much and make too many boneheaded plays that would eventually get Paul ticked off, as well as Doc, and do we REALLY need any more turnovers or iso plays? i don't think so. if we wanted that iso 1-on-1 player, we would have never traded Ricky</div>
Ehh, not bad for a 1st post.
2nd Post (Celtics section)
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>when everyone is healthy, i would like to see:
Starters
C: Perk
PF: Raef
SF: Wally
SG: Paul
PG: Delonte
Raef needs to get going early. Due to his knees and conditioning, he is only effective for so long and needs to get the ball early. He is a very good 1st quarter player, needs some rest in the 2nd (but should finish the last 5 mins of 2nd) and then after that, his knees kinda die down and he is not as effective in the 2nd half, especially the 4th.
2nd Unit
C: Kandi
PF: Big Al
SF: Ryan
SG: Gerald
PG: Orien
Garbage minutes: Scal
Why no Tony? He is not ready to play. His athleticism and overall ability to play on both ends of the floor is greatly diminished this year. I mean I definitely understand why, due to his injury to pile on top of his off-court issues, but we rushed him back. I would like to see him shut down until he fully heals and give Gerald minutes to develope. He has so much upside and i dont want to see another young Celtic go to waste.
Kandi rebounds and clogs the paint. Let him. His contract expires at the end of the year, and i think we should let it run out, then work a sign-and-trade and package him (we cant package him now). You won't be able to get a very good deal unless he plays. If you don't play him it decreases his value.</div>
This was Before TA started to get back into the swing of things and produce.
3rd post (Clippers section)
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>i like it for LA because they need bench depth. Vlad is a very good shooter, and when motivated, hustles his tail off. if he likes his role/situation in LA, he will be a very good player for the Clips</div>
This was on the Radmanovic/Wilcox trade. Ehh, Wilcox > Radmanovic but at the time I liked it for LA. Wilcox wasn't happy with the Clippers and he wasn't getting a lot of playing time.
