So much for the new clean image Portland is "striving" for.
Although, I think the franchise just needs to change ownership from top to bottom. They made a great move last summer hiring Nate McMillan as their head coach, but the rest of their personnel moves haven't really been in line with their claim of trying to get away from the "Jailblazers" mentality.
