Let me shoot straight. Zach, I think you owe the webmaster here an apology. You keep making accusations that he's racist simply because he misspelled Detroit. I don't think he deserves that. I also think you should easy up on Dawk. You keep dogging him about how he was justly banned from the Crapzone and about his spelling. Well, how long does he have to keep paying for the past? What kind of restitution does he still owe? I think as a poster he has made huge strides and his spelling is much better. In fact, I know I have to shoulder some of the blame for nurturing a combative attitude with him early on by not responding to him properly. Of course, I was new to posting and didn't realize that I was dealing with someone so much younger, but that seems like a poor excuse. Anyway, he certainly loves football and loves his Eagles. He's a good kid. I think he deserves our respect. Just my opinion. Take it or leave it. While I'm at it, I have to be honest and say that I don't appreciate your insinuation that none of us has "balls." Where were you when I stood up to PB and Jett and knew that my taking them on could get me banned. Who had the guts to stand behind me? Beef and BA without my asking. When spin doctor PB tried to make it PB and Jett vs the DWO, who had the guts to stand up for us? Cowboy, the Pats guys and the Broncos guys. There were a lot of guys bucking the establishment with no idea of what we would do if some of us got banned and some of us were for awhile. You certainly won't see me at the Crapzone licking PB boots, calling him "Mr. Brown." That post was gutless drivel. Yes, I sometimes read what is being said about us over there when I hear guys talking about it here. As far as your investigation, please know that I don't give a crap about getting your validation. But I hope you don't take this post personal, because it isn't. Gimme a break.

My story Zack. I never really got into it too much with anyone. I saw all the stuff that has been mentioned in this thread, though. I felt that PB was being a hypocrite by posting the same things that he was threatening others about. Ever since I have been on that site, I have seen these things happen every once in awhile. Sometimes it was abusive (like has already been mentioned) and sometimes just confusing (like "Dallas is horrible" in one forum and "Dallas is pretty good" in the Cowboys forum). Unfortunatly, the destructive posts became more prevalent. He then proceeded to abuse his power by deleting posts that he just didn't agree with. I don't have proof that he was the one deleting them. However, he was the one upset with the posts. He was the one who threatened to delete them and ban the users. It was either him, Jett, or the admin....and at the time, the admin didn't seem to know too much about them. Jett probably did as much damage as anything by supporting PB without looking at it as a true third-party. I don't have too much ill-will with the admin because I never directly dealt with anything he really handled poorly. I did not directly get involved with anything directly, but I did call them on several stuff to support those who were being treated and threatened unfairly. PB (and Jett) more or less gave everyone the impression that they were the leaders of this site and they would be untouchable (not meant to be their direct words, but that is pretty close to the impression most got). The final deal for me is when PB explained that they could choose to moderate their forums as they see fit, whether it followed the site's COC or not. Then they pretty much made it a choice for everyone that this is how is was going to be and if you don't like it, you could leave. That is what happened. Dawk found a site and anyone who wanted to join could. No one was threatened to join. Some people post on both, and that is fine. For me, I just wanted a place to post that I could talk about football without a lot of crap flying around. We didn't bring down the site. It was cleansed and purged. Yeah, the number of posts are down......but besides a handful left there, some good posters and some not, this group provided a good portion of the posts. But no one was forced to leave. That's the key. Eveyone did so because they disagreed with the treatment. Right or wrong....and maybe its just perception.....but that is what our perception was. So we left.....which is what we were more or less asked to do. I just hope we can put this to bed soon and create a separation between the two sites soon. We are waisting the football season on this stuff.
That's right Cowboy, it's getting to be time to move on. The more I read, the more I wish I wouldn't have posted PB's comments. But I felt compelled as I was hurt and disappointed by the harshness of it. Which I'm guessing was his point. But I don't want to drag this out over weeks, it's not worth it. I want to get back to posting. I will not delete anything here though because it's not right. Everyone has a right to voice their opinion here and add anything they need to get off of their chest. I'm hoping to have a 'cleansing' of sorts here. Everyone say what they have to say and we'll put this baby to bed.
I agree. I would be easy for me to get into some of what Dale had to say after the fact, but I will just agree to disagree with him on several of his points. I thought there was over 1000 members over there ... if 20 move here that's less than .20%. Even if it's the best posting .20% they should make it just fine over there. It just will never be the same as it was ... and most agree that that's a good thing. Let's move on
Zack, I'm on vacation and was a little late in seeing this thread. I just want to add mt testimony to affirm that what the guys are saying is true. I agree that the "Detriot" thing was probably a typo and we can at least give the admin the benifit of the doubt. He's been pretty cool to all of us so far. I know that at the Redzone you often went for several day stretches without posting, and that's probably how you missed the hoopla. The ATL Duo were pretty quick about removing some of those posts where they got a little egg on their face. I printed out several of them and would be glad to mail you a copy sometime. The reason I got involved here was to support Dale. Our feud had zero to do with the racial stuff. Dale responded to a post Jett left for someone titled "Stop crying or you'll be banned. Dale told him that this was inappropriate for a moderator to respond in this fashion. Suddenly Dale was under attack from both Jett and PB. I left one post, agreeing with the fellows and telling PB that nobody wanted to run him away, but just to make a few changes in the way he dealt with others. He replied to my post and thanked me. I hoped maybe that would be the end of it. Then he bagan again attacking and calling names and threatening numerous abuses of power. During this time several of us were writing polite (I promise) letters to the webmaster asking for him to look into and resolve these issues. Weeks passed and still no resolution. I have seen and can verify that The Webmaster there recieved several and that they were all politely composed. He told us after the initial contact that he was busy, but working on it. Things kept getting worse until Dale finally emailed RZ and asked to have his profile removed because he didn't want to post there anymore. This was accomplished in the span of a few hours. It's amazing to me that There was no time to simply respond to the issues at hand, but getting rid of someone they deemed a troublemaker was no problemo! I wish Dale had been a little more polite to you in his post in this thread, but I understand his frustration with the whole issue. You are both Christians, however, and I hope you guys can work this out. We don't mind if you still want to post on both sets of boards. We welcome and value you here, but harbor no ill feeling toward anyone who wants to re-register there as well. For some of us tempers and issues were pushed past the point of reconciliation now. If you want to trade more details, send me an email and I'll be glad to answer any questions that I can. Just because we are all sort of sick of the whole mess, does not mean that you (a fellow poster) should not be helped to resolve this to their satisfaction.
KC, I can appreciate your point of view. You have made a lot of excellent points, but I want to be crystal clear about a few things. I don't take back one word about what I in my previous post regarding the webmaster and Dawk. The third paragraph? I know you wish that I had been more polite and I'm not crazy about the tone it was written in either, but how polite is it to be told that you have no "balls." (Zach's word, not mine.) My first response is to say that I wouldn't have gone where I did if I hadn't felt that I hadn't been taken there first. How much stuff did I (and others) have to swallow on the PB and Jett ruled Crapzone? I'm really not in a mood to take a bunch of garbage here when I don't have to and I have felt that Zach has dished out quite a bit of stuff the last few days and then pawned it off as "nothing personal." Am I being unreasonable? I'll think about it.
Dale if you re-read my posts I did ask politely for info about what went on and the only person who emailed me in a polite manner was Don Maier from TheRedZone! I shared that and still no details from you or anyone else. That's when I put plan two (Bad Cop) into action. I cranked up the "Satire" to illustrate that without both sides of a story all kinds of conclusions could be jumped to. Do I think Mark/Admin is a "rasist", of course not. (I believe he's a good speller too ) Do I think PB called Dawk and BA the N-word, no way. Do I think SF is like "Jumpin" Jim Jeffers! Absolutly not! I only used the word "balls" to get somebody to talk. Everything I wrote was designed to get some answers and it worked like a charm. You being at the center of this whole mess may or may not wanted the truth to come out. I don't know and I don't care. I did back up Beef & Dale regarding Jett's joke & the issue of Drug use and that cemented in the minds of the Falcons duo that I was not on their side of the us versus them struggle that they so clearly though existed. I did decide to push the envelope & call superfox superweasel just to see how that would go down. In thier minds, that was the final straw & their justification to be ban me. I used to be tight w/ PB once but since Dale & beef came aboard, He must have got jealous as I had found some other friends. He decided to take his frustration out on us. In his mind, it was the Dwo who were wrong. Further, how ironic is it that Pats54 (now Pats37) the one non Dolphins who sided w/ us got banned as well. Had Dale or Beef been banned, it would been even more obvious who PB had issues with. Further, there was advice in the panthers forum telling jett that the Panthers/falcons game (the one on ESPN) earlier this month was fixed. Carolina would cover the spread. The fact that he would give betting advice really irritated me. So, I posted in the Panthers forum that any Carolina fan should put up w/ that. Further, I countered one of his Metallica quotes w/ an equally pointed Megadeth quote and it got erased. At that point, I had had enough and asked to be banned and PB did not have the cojones to do it. Jett did. Any issues I had w/ Jett have been resolved personally. My contact w/ Don (RZ webmaster) was fruitless. All I got was that I was good poster and this issue was being looked at. I even said I'd apologize if Superfox turned out to be anyone other than PB. I have never heard back from Don nor do I plan an opening that can of worms again. Thanks to Steelerfan for his help. Thanks to Chip for confirming that going back on to that other site & blasting away would be pointless regardless of whether our Georgia friends were around or not. Zach, hopefully this will satisfy your need for proof.

Zackman, it seems that when someone confronts blatantly racist remarks, you shrink into partisan right-wing politics and begin categorizing (name-calling, if you will)everyone and their actions. Then, when someone simply misspells the word "Detroit", you go apeshit and refuse to let it go. How many times do you need to remind us of the 60's riots and how it relates to that spelling of Detroit? *You* sound like Jessie Jackson or Johnny Cochran in this case.
