The headlock was part of a response to a scuffle where Klay Thompson had his shirt ripped off and Draymond thought his teammate was being accosted. Draymond threw his arm at Nurkic's head for nothing. He wasn't protecting anyone, not himself nor a teammate.
Fair points. That would be very interesting if Green gets more than five games. We play them twice in the next six games. Missing five games would mean missing Green for the Washington game, which is their only cardio night until they like Detroit two weeks later. Who knows where they could be by then.
The last time they got their pick back, they actually had two lotto picks and were unwilling to move them for OG. They’re worse now than they were then, and the trend of Masai being hard to negotiate with will continue to be a trend until it is not.
He's broke out since the Blazers game and now he's about to get more time with Draymond out. Could be a blessing for them.
Green is the worst player in NBA history at this kind of thing. I can't believe all the morons that ever believed any of this was "accidental". His status as a extreme repeat offender needs to be taken into account. His suspensions have never been enough, and are obviously not working as deterrents.
Draymond Green is a thug. He should be suspended for the rest of the season. I’m sick of watching him pull this crap and then denying it was intentional. If I were Adam Silver, I’d suspend him for the rest of the season, then tell him he’s out of the league the next time this happens.
