Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman James Loney won't face any criminal charges resulting from a Nov. 14 traffic accident in which he was briefly detained on suspicion of DUI, a spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney's office confirmed on Wednesday. The decision not to charge Loney, the spokesman said, was the result of all of Loney's toxicology tests coming back negative.
