I would say there is something definitely wrong with that cop that applied the choke hold and would not let up. The other guys are not clean either for letting him continue to apply the hold even after he was down. Bad stuff. http://rt.com/usa/211203-garner-chokehold-grand-jury-decision/
I can't even count the times he said he can't breath because 1 is enough and ignoring any more is murder.
Most bullshit ive ever watched pretty disturbing also the amount of times he said i cant breath is just outrageous the people on the jury are fucking retarded.
And then you have the case in Houston where an off-duty cop shoots a woman in a road-rage incident. I can't wait to see how a grand jury handles that one.
It might sound bad due to the outcome but the honest truth is he didn't put his hands up when asked. He was apprehensive. Should he have gotten out of the car and put his hands up and this still happens then it is an entirely different story. This video is a perfect example of how we are quick to form opinions without having proper evidence....which is different than doing the wrong thing when provided with substatial evidence. Nobody should die because of a mistake, but that is what happened here. You can't have that open amount of defiance in that situation and expect the officers not to become fearful for their lives.
I like where the last two cops who are beating him stop and then look at each other for a split second and then look away. So human.
Holy shit it's been going on for long enough that it is becoming engrained in our being. Bad f'ing news of you believe that history repeats itself, or that our actions and perceptions shape who we become in future generations.
