Kentucky quarterback Mike Hartline has been suspended for the BBVA Compass Bowl following his arrest on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Coach Joker Phillips said Saturday the decision to suspend Hartline was difficult but the expectations for the program are clear.
