Yeah, dont take into account what I said at all. Your dislike for Brad Steven's is definitely more reasonable reasonable than anything I said. Smh.

Eric really dislikes Stevens for whatever reason. He's weird when it comes to Boston.

Oh is it one of those New York vs Boston rivalry things?

    C'mon bro stop.

Calling Terry's offense high school is just hating.

He designed an offense that won a championship...

Based around one of the most unique scorers in NBA history and as an assistant coach where that's all he had to worry about, and he had the help of his head coach... I've also said I think he's regressed as a coach. Thing is, I know if we sat down and watched a game and just talked about the way the offense is playing, you'd see what I see.

No, I see what you're saying. I'm just not willing to go to the lengths of calling it high school. :dunno:

I think Stotts is actually an ok coach, but his "tricks" are all out there scouted now and he's failed to show he's got anything else. That might be harsh, I like Stotts, I just really think that his offense is stagnant at this point. Every opposing coaching staff has to know what their running if I do...
My highschool offenses sure weren't as involved as Stott's,

It is Stevens’ job to put his players in a position to shoot well. It’s ridiculous to say they’re all in a slump. Put together an offense that gets them easier looks. If you’re gonna trash Stotts, then please trash Stevens too.

It wasn't really their offense that set them apart last year it was their defense. Their defense hasn't quite gotten back to that level yet. In fact I think most teams that really relied on good defense last year have had a rough go of it this year. Look at Utah for instance, the new you can't touch anything for half the game has really hurt those teams. Also incorporating a guy who didn't play for a year because his foot looked like it snapped off can be hard to do...

Good points. Blaming Hayward though doesn’t make sense to me. They have enough scorers to make up for him being incorporated. Everyone was amazed last year that Boston made ECF with 2 All Stars not playing but the truth is that they were playing well BECAUSE Kyrie and Hayward were out.

It's probably hyperbole. In reality, it's more of a DIII offense.

I think what I blame most on Hayward is he cant guard anybody at this point, he’s so slow...
Yeah his offense hasnt been very good either.

I think they’ll figure it out around january, and start to win more consistently.

Bones has a point D. Stotts's system is very basic with few plays

Not even just that, he doesnt put in philophies that allow the team to freelance as a unit that's on the same page and freelance as a team. It's simply standing around and 1-on-1 iso ball. People blame our guards but its the whole unit contributing to that. It's the coaching staff.
