He prayed for Trump after Trump was shot. He commissioned one of Russia's leading artists to paint a portrait of Trump to present to him as a gift. Witkoff then went on to repeat Russian talking points on Ukraine, including blaming Ukraine for being unwilling to cede territory.

Lindsey Graham is a complicated guy and he might be Trump's closest friend (after Putin ). Seriously, he has been advocating for Ukraine consistently except for when he criticized Zelensky after the ambush at the WH.
