    if you get a chance, go look at a 4K UHD TV next to a regular HD one at best buy or other store. If you find a tiny screen TV (21" or so), it'll be 720P and you can see the difference with one of those, too.

    It's not better to take a big picture and shrink it than to have the right number of pixels to show the picture without modification. FWIW

    This would be a great time to buy apple stock. It took a 4.3% dip yesterday (98.90), after Samsung's press conference. I think it will drop another 1-2% before September 9th.

    If they do what is rumored, the stock should at least go up to 110 a share. Maybe even 120 if they knock it out of the park.

    AAPL hasn't been higher than it was before the last sell off. I don't think stock will drop below the 98.90 it was, and I definitely don't think it hits 110. That figure is possible, but a bit too head in the clouds.

    Then again I'm not a stock trader at all, you probably have more experience in the field.

    I have been right on the last sell off. But it doesn't make me a pro in the field. I just have a feeling that this is apple's innovation release. Last time that happened, the stock couldn't slow down.

    $299 for the 64GB version. That's pretty damned good. Well worth the extra $100.

    The only holdout for me getting one is the lack of removable battery, as I use my phone a lot and would easily drain the battery. With my samsung I have two extra external batteries and they have saved my ass many times.

    I stopped wearing a watch years ago. My phone is always in my pocket if I need the time or any other function.

    But they said tablets wouldn't catch on. Until iPad.
