West: Center - Yao Ming. Forwards - Kevin Garnett, Andrei Kirilenko. Guards - Ray Allen, Kobe Bryant. East: Center - Shaquille O'Neal. Forwards - Jermaine O'Neal, Grant Hill. Guards - Steve Francis, Allen Iverson. I don't think these votes count, probably just to give them an idea of what the fans want this early in the season. Cuz this is extremely early for All - Star voting.
Ill say this much.. I wont be voting for Vince Carter.. Hes undeserveadly (is that even a word?) started the All-Star game too many times now.

I think these just determine who starts in the allstar game then the coaches pick up the bench. Not sure if it's the same this year tho
