I have no idea, but I'm not following this. The Paul Allen Estate owns 100% of the Blazers. Jody Allen owns zero. As I understand it, the new ownership group is purchasing 100% of the Blazers. For Jody Allen to "own" 20%, she has to be part of the new ownership group, correct?
