I wouldn't read too much into this performance. Don't forget, both Yao and Yi are coming off of injuries; I'm pretty sure that the CNT coaches and staff are aware of this and aren't pushing them too hard. It'll be a different story once the real deal starts.

I really don't understand the hate for Gill on this board.</p> He's played above expectations (however low they were to begin with) and hasn't been a detriment to the team. He seems to hustle out there and you can always see him up with the rest of the bench cheering when the Nets make plays...
