If we signed LeBron, I would be the happiest guy. If for nothing else, this is probably the best reason any nay-sayers have to staying loyal to the Nets, without looking like bandwagon hoppers, haha.
No doubt it needs to be retired. He brought us from the gutters up to respectability. Hell, for 2002 alone he should be considered, and for his MVP (Duncan stole it) year in 2003 tops it off. The second he retires, the ok should be given for No.5 to hit the rafters.
Though I'm glad to see such a great player finally have a chance to win it all, this is going to get worse (for the nets) before it gets any better, so I'm not going to expect much out of this team for a while
I think it's kinda crazy that Carter is still on this team, while Kidd is not. Regardless of Carter's relatively low value, it's still kind of surreal.
