For example, the survey asks, "Has anyone, male or female, ever touched you when you didn't want them to?" When most respondents, male and female, say yes, the evil surveyor organization defines "rape" as unwanted touching, and announces that most women say they've been raped. We aren't told that the "rapists" were both men and women (and boys and girls during both play and fights, since often the question covers anytime since the person was born). And we're not told that males report almost as high of "rapes" (just unwanted touching like fights) as female respondents.
The CIA installs manhaters (and other conservatives) into college faculties. The government's purpose is to motivate women to get out of the house and join the work force.
