Just out of curiosity "the calm people...taking care of Mrs. HCP". How many people does it take to "take care of" Mrs. HCP? Perhaps she misses her Mr. HCP?

It should have read, "the calm people waiting in line to be taken care of by Mrs. HCP."

Fans of other teams have come here (specifically, MIN) and as part of their posting process thought that flooding the board with images of genitalia was the way to assert their prowess at dominating basketball forum discussions. It wasn't appreciated.

Further, it's kind of the Law of the Board among a subset of posters here that new folks get the opportunity to prove themselves with quality posts. You might know this phenomenon's bigger brother--that the freshman who just made the JV football team doesn't sit at the lunch table with the QB and cheerleaders.

Lastly, they're bustin' your balls. Welcome, post as much as you'd like, and have fun. We take our team and our basketball seriously, not each other seriously.

So are you the forum bully or something? I'm sure you were a rookie at one time.

I'm sure the people that run this website wouldn't want you to be treating new members this way.

Thanks for the welcome. You seem alot more personable than a few others who have "welcomed" me. What's the beef between you and the Wolves fans?

Other than they have tried to steal all your players and coaches?
 
You'd have to ask them. :dunno: Hypotheses abound, but deal mostly with repressed hormonal urges, mosquitoes and frostbite.

I respectfully disagree. The only thing worse than a Laker fan is a dumb Laker fan. We have had some pretty darn smart Laker fans poke their heads in here a few times over the years and I appreciate their insight and knowledge.

As an extension of that, the only thing I ask of a new poster is knowledge and some semblance of respectfulness toward others (which I would hope others would, in turn, reciprocate). Also, a bit of humility is helpful as well.
