Simpler rules:
1. If it's white and it ain't meat or vegetable, don't eat it.
2. If it's in a box or wrapper and has more than five ingredients, don't eat it.
3. If it's juice or some form of sugary drink, don't drink it.
4. Break these rules in moderation. Like once or twice a week, not once or twice a day.

In the long run, it's virtually impossible to follow these basic rules and still be fat.

If he was a real doctor he'd want everybody to have some goddamn dignity and eat some vegetables. The produce on that list is half fruit and lacking TONS of veggies. He doesn't even have onions!

Nice. Was Morocco that bad?

Morocco's a great country. Lots of fun. The middle-of-nowhere Saharan bus station masquerading as a town that I lived in was, on the other hand, shit.

Oh, now that I look back, I see he has frozen vegetables. Brilliant. Because you wouldn't actually want to taste vegetables.

And Soy is crap. He's either ignorant, and he had some young secretary that he's fucking compile the list.

He also has canned veggies. Personally, I buy fresh, I buy local and I buy organic whenever I can. I never have anywhere near 100 items on my shopping list, usually 5 or 6. But then, I walk to the store (~2.5 miles round trip) almost every day and just buy what I need for dinner that night and breakfast the next morning. That way I get a little extra exercise, eat fresh and have no waste.
