With Stanford's victory over Pacific last evening, Coach Tara VanDerveer passed the late Tennessee legend Pat Summitt with 1099 wins, most in women's college history.

In her 35 years at Stanford, the Cardinal has had one losing season. Overall her winning percentage is an astonishing 81% and won 22 Pac-12 titles. Stanford made the NCAA tournament 33 times, including 12 Final Four appearances and two national titles. She also coached the gold medal winning Olympic basketball team.

Even a person who went to Cal can recognize greatness at Stanford.

That's terrific! Passing Pat Summitt's record is very impressive.

I swore this was going to be a thread about the life of a TV Broadcast Freelancer and his taxes!

Auriemma's only 6 behind her. He'll have the record before long.
