Garbage time on a garbage team. Watching him play he looked slow and not very talented.

He's a young big who is just now coming into his own. He looked great in the last few months of the season. He is a high-motor guy with a good understanding of the game. One example: 21 pts 13 rebs 5 blks in a win aginst Noah and the Bulls in the final month of the season.

From the All-Star break 53% of his touches (25 of 47) on the block resulted in fouls. He knows how to use his 280 lb. frame well. His rebounding is pretty meh but has made impressive strides this past season.

Here is a crazy scenario....

Miami Heat win the championship and the Thunder decide that they have to get rid of Westbrook and find a better fit (like Steve Nash). Would they trade Westbrook to the Blazers as part of a package that included #6, #11, and some spare parts? As one of the few teams with cap room the Blazers could probably absorb the Poison Pill Provision. The Thunder then make a run at Steve Nash and fill with some rookies for the future with the draft picks they get from the Blazers? It's a pretty risky move. They don't know if they can get Steve Nash or not and if they don't get him they basically hand the keys to Derek Fisher??? or whoever they get in the draft and they give themselves a better chance of keeping both Ibaka and Harden..... so I don't think it would ever happen, but it isn't completely unreasonable.

and often times why people are unwilling to trade in forums. Seems too often people have a huge issue with buying low, figuring if he sucks, he will apparently always suck. And then the guy starts to do good, and they throw out the old buy low offers. Like the roller coaster ride we saw with Conley. No he sucks, I wouldn't trade outlaw for him at all. Oh look he's becoming a respectable PG, we should totally offer up outlaw. They wanted him like 2.5 years ago.

Nice, thanks. I was going to point out how Blatche put together a good second half of a seaosn after Arenas was gone, and everyone fawned over him, Wizards fans loved him, some here wanted a swap with Aldridge....and then. He sucks.
I like Seraphin enough. Wanted him in hat draft some. I wouldn't move 11 for him though.

He did. He had a PER of 22 in the playoffs. I wish we would have traded for him while his stock was low.
