For what it's worth, I like Cheese puffs better than the original :-) LOL

I am the opposite... I like the original crunchy style better than cheese puffs or cheese curls.... But Sun Chips are my kryptonite

Frito's....scoops. Schneider's Bavarian pretzels. BBQ potatoes chips. Doritos. Sun Chips. Amazing the list a carbs I no longer eat.

Cheese puffs over Cheetos though. I can road trip down to TJ for 3 keys of orange maize.

...same here. With the exception of beer, I've cut way back on processed carbs.

Give me a box of Cheez-its any day, any flavor....

I used to carry a box in my backpack, when I hitchhiked clean across our Nation. Great for a Disaster Relief Kit.

Cheez-its, a can of Pork and Beans, and a quart of Beer, and it got no better than this, while stumbling across America....

Yet, I will never turn down any Cheetos Products, NTM plain Lays Chips. But as Tote and 59 mentioned, sooner or later one has to cut back on Carbs, especially processed carbs....The ultimae enticement to a Diabetic....! hell give me a gallon of good Ice Cream, heavy on the Cream content....!

This is making me hungry, off I go to cook a Chili/Pico de Gallo & Cheese Omelet.

I'd love to do a cross-country trek, but I think my chance has passed with a wife & 3 kids & not independently wealthy...

I hear ya' Steve....I was only 18 when I trekked across the country. I had several more stops to make, before I got salmonella, from eating raw under cooked BBQ chicken, at a Frat House, during the week of Frat recruitment. I couldn't keep water down for almost a week, my guts were on fire, i was bleeding out of both ends. By the time, I got on an Airplane to come home to see my own Dr., knowing I was too sick to keep going forth on my trek, I could barely walk with assistance.

Frat Recruitment party was at Georgia Tech, and the entire campus allows all Frat houses to have these week long parties, where everyday is a new menu, for Drinks and Food. Imagine approx 40 Frat Houses, you can bounce from one to the other, eating like a King, and drinking mixed hard liquor drinks or beers, for FREE....! At the end of the Frat Week, all Frat houses throw money in a till, for one huge overall party to end the week of recruitment. That one big show party was headlined by Blue Oyster Cult, a huge rock band during that time....What a week, to bad I had to get sick.....the sky was the limit, and funds were endless pretty much....! I saved for that trip for several years. Left Calif. with $6,800 which was a small fortune to a kid, in the early 70s...

And to think back then in the Southern States, one could legally buy, and/or drink hard liquor from a liquor store, or a nightclub, bar et al...UN-imaginable by today's standards.

I've always had issues with frats.... This seems to reinforce those thoughts

That/Those experience(s) also formed my own disdain of Frat's. I never so much as entered a Frat House, when I was going to College, only during that wild vacation, which I thought would never end....!

As a woman I am always fighting my body.... The mirror isn't always kind lol!! I pretty much only eat salad, fresh fruit, grilled salmon and treat myself to Chipotle about once a week. It's gluten free so that's how I justify it.

I believe it was the Bellamy brothers who said, "If I said you had a beautiful body would you hold it against me".

Wow, i've not heard the word: The Bellamy Brothers in decades. They were the very 1st concert I took Kim too, then my new bride.....She loved their song: Redneck Girl, so I bought her that LP, and surprised her with concert tickets at the local Fair Grounds. It was a good show, and the Brothers were big hits in those early to mid 80s.
