yikes. I don't like the Andre turnaround j. oh well, just wish there were 2 more minutes left in the game
 
We might have had a chance if we went to the fullcourt press sooner.
 
Well, it was a great last ditch effort. Incorporating the new faces will take some time.
 
I am really tired of Miller trying take take over with under 2 to play, he costs us so many positions because of that. Great effort to try and come back tonight but just a few things went wrong
 
If Andre hits that last shot....

Oh well, I love the effort late. I wish it had been there the whole game.

That is what Batum does. His defense has been terrible this year compared to what he has done and his offense, well I won't touch that subject.
 
You can definitely see that Gerald will be a gritty player on this team. I think it is only a matter of time for him to displace Batum from the starting lineup, but not a bad supersub to throw in on the 2nd unit either. I guess if you have to have a game like this one, it's not a bad time for it. It should make them work hard to integrate Camby, Wallace and Roy into the rotation.
 
Hope the effort carries over to next game.
 
Oh well, time to forget about this one. Sure would have been nice to gain some ground tonight.

I think I'll let Top Gear cheer me up.

I'm definitely ready to bench Batum. He has been underwhelming this season. Crash would add some nice physical and intense D for our starters. Does it matter if Wallace is not the 3-point shooter that Nic is?
 
Still can't believe Batum did that. Any chance the Blazers had at a miraculous comeback vanished after that make.

His defense has been great on guys don't drive from the three. If they can drive he just backs off and lets them shoot.

N8 needs to manage Roy's minutes better, so he's the one with the ball at the end of the game.

Can we even claim Batum as a good 3 point shooter?
 
Doris Burke is one of the best female color commentators...she knows her stuff, to think different is just ignorance!
 
I think it's just a matter of time before Gerald supplants Batum in the lineup. He's just more...active.
 
As bad as the Blazers played in this game, a few more bounces go their way and they would have had a chance to win.
