Refs are usually good at fixing FT disparities at the half. Who knows.
 
We gotta start crashing the boards hard. It is a little rough to do at the moment because the hawks are shoving and over muscling us for them because they dont' have to worry about the whistle, but thats how we can get back into this just gotta outwork them.
 
Some interesting stats at halftime: So there is the FT disparity 14-16 vs. 1-3. Blazers are 1-8 for 3 pt attempts. Only thing keeping the Blazers in the game? They have forced 12 TO's.

Part of the rebound difference is that the Blazers have missed so many shots. The Hawks have 19 defensive rebounds. The blazers have 16 total rebounds. But, they have been giving up too many offensive rebounds too so yeah, they got to fix that and also shoot a better percentage.

I have to agree. Granted we're shooting poorly but I can't recall seeing so much hard contact with no fouls called at one end and so many calls at the other end.
 
What frustrates me most about the officials, is that it is the same ones that always suck. Michael Smith and that dorky looking white dude (Can't remember his name) are consistently bad from this crew.
 
Ya, Portland is playing poorly, and Atlanta is playing well. The refs aren't the only reason we are down
 
Portland certainly isn't playing great right now, true. Aldridge was out out for a while and Wallace looked like he was pressing a little bit. He was fumbling every ball he caught in transition.

I look for a more focused effort in the 2nd half.
 
It'd be nice if the team didn't suck on national TV.

Lots of late calls by the refs (both ways) are making things way more frustrating.
 
Every call is suddenly going our way. LOL
 
Their offense isn't bothering me as much as their lack of defense.
 
Hawks are extremely athletic
 
Jeesh, did Wallace fart in everyones gym bag and they're all do upset that Joel and Dante are gone that they're just playing like they don't give a shit?
 
We just don't have it tonight. The Hawks are getting whatever they want.

Maybe, our team isn't used to Camby or Wallace in the line-up. There's not much offensive flow in the game for us

Our transition D is terrible. I think that's hurting us now
