Shit just jumped like a dollar within a day here in LA. Fuck that shit bro

Yeah, and I've got some awesome waterfront property in Christmas Valley that I'll sell you for a song.

Word is they'll knock off another 50 cents after they nuke Israel.

Doubt it, we are conditioned and they love to tax.

So if the prices stay at avg $2.78 or 10% lower then we know the States are collecting $ for their budgets and if not then there is a whole lot of greed still practiced by the oil distributors.

There is never greed when money is involved. What kind of madness is a theory such as that?

Hey, if cheap gas is because of Iran's nuclear deal, I'm sure more of us will be chanting "Death to America" too. :MARIS61:

It better fucking hurry up. This $3.50+ bullshit is bullshit.

When I first saw this thread title, I thought it said "S2 gas will be back...". I suppose flatulence among posters here is a possible deal reaction?

(Darn, can't seem to find a smiley fart animation)

And yes, I'm bored...

I think it's amazing that we complain about gas prices here when in Europe it's over $8 a gallon.

It's like 2.70 over here, unless it jumped in the last day or two.

The country wasn't built (literally) for people to not drive long distances. If it were, there would be a lot more farmland where suburbia currently is and a lot more housing in what is now inner-cities.

But the urban planners in here can speak to that a lot better than I can.

Actually it was but people just won't use public transportation, trains, buses. High speed rails are needed here but this is most definitely a car culture. I drive by the local library when it's closed on Sunday and see huge monster trucks idling in the parking lot while they use the free wireless...don't even shut off the motor. It's not a problem of geography but an addiction to convenience. I spend very little on gas but I drive a hybrid

It is over $4 here for regular, but I have been driving my wife's EV in the last week. No gas stops needed. This will change this coming week as she is back from her flight and I am back to one of my old cars.

The e-Golf is not a great driver's car (it is the nicest EV this side of a Tesla however), but it sure is convenient.

$4.19 here. Up $.20 since last week.
