Everyone plays 41 road games, so they would have more short trips. I think I might rather just get a whole bunch of road games out of the way at once and thus have a fewer number of road trips.

Negative. Those long road trips are a GRIND! More short trips the better.

So the four teams in the west we only play 3 times are Dallas, Lakers, Golden State, New Orleans.

We only get one home game from Dallas and Lakers. Only one road game at Golden State and New Orleans.

This is nice. If the season gets cancelled, atleast it was the year the Lakers only make it in here once.
