2011 Emmy Awards

[Denny Crane]

Modern Family pretty much swept the comedy awards. All the actors on the show were considered supporting actors. It won best comedy show and best male/female actors.

Boardwalk Empire won 7 Emmys. HBO won 15 overall.

Peter Dinklage won--all that matters. Already created one of the greatest characters in television history.

Interesting that the timing made it possible for Breaking Bad to slip through this year. Brian Cranston's streak broken without him actually losing.
