did Brandon Wright get signed by anyone? he'd be another nice asset if we got him for 2.6 mil or less

I'd be amazed if Dallas didn't re-sign him. Otherwise it's Dirk and the seven dwarfs.

They've got like 7 guys under contract and about 10 million left. Assuming they sign one or two big free agents, Wright would have to take the min to go back to Dallas.

Is Minny going to end up with Pekovic on the cheap?

That reminds me. Olshey is all class. He could have easily submitted a larger offer for pek in retaliation of the batum fiasco. I'm glad he thought with his head and made the moves he did.

one think I like a lot about Olshey is that he values and cultivates good relationships with other GM and players agents, that IMO will pay off for us down the road

I'm surprised the PEK free-agency has been this quiet.

Easily the second best center on the market after Dwight.

Pendergraph in; DeJuan Blair out. Not many posters would have thought that would happen a few years ago when Blair was the greatest thing ever who somehow slipped way down in the draft.

That is ironic. Wasn't it the same draft? We passed on Blair twice and took Pendergraph instead. Now SA releases Blair and signs Pendergraph.........instead

Shocked that Pendergraph was able to get a 2-year deal.

His nickname 'DNPCD' is for good reason.

that actually is pretty funny, the circle of life and the NBA

Min has said to have offered Pek a contract worth about $12 million annually.

Bidding against themselves....

Per Woj, Denver, Jazz, and W's working on 3 way deal including S&T of Andre Iguodala to GS, S&T of Foye from Utah to Denver. If the trade happens instead of GS signing Iggy outright, Denver gets a $12 mil TPE and GS gets multiple TPEs, keeps their full MLE, and keeps bird rights to JJ and Landry. If no trade GS would only have the room MLE of 2.6 mil, no TPEs, and no bird rights.

Can't imagine Jack or Landry would renege on their pending deals to go back to GS?

So did CLE and SAC sign those two knowing that this was a possibility? Are they still technically unrestricted free agents?

Apparently the Bucks and the Hawks are swapping their FA PGs - Teague to the Bucks, Jennings to the Hawks. I like this a lot better for the Bucks. I don't get what Atlanta's up to.

This wouldn't affect them being unrestricted, it just gives GS the chance to sign-and-trade them.
