Pack are gonna lose this. They gifted it. Hell, they win if the defender makes any sort of play on that 2-point conversion, which he was in easy position to do. I don't have patience for stupid play. GB played stupid all of the 2nd half. Seattle should/will win, then I'll hope they lose in the SB.
 
LOL @ the Packers choke job. Provides some relief from the Blazers-Lakers WCF choke job. GB did everything they could to lose and Seattle took advantage.
 
That should have been a pretty good test on Paul Allen's new heart valves.

Yeah, but he's done it all half and on the sideline. He's injured. When GB went at him late, he couldn't make the play. Hawks survive and he has two weeks to recover. He'll be good to go.

To be fair, so was GB mostly. Neither played particularly well. Their D was slightly better, which made the difference. Both O's sucked. In the closing minutes, GB shat themselves, Hawks took advantage.
 
Seattle certainly deserved that. As much as I hate that team, I give credit when due. Well played.
 
Did McCarthy get paid to lose? That was a TERRIBLE second half. It was a pretty bad first half too.....you get to the 1 twice, and you have to settle for two field goals.

I HATE stupidity in sports, bad clock management, poor play-calling, yadda yadda yadda. GB exhibited it late and Seattle took advantage. Tip of the cap - it's the teams that take advantage of the others' mistakes that capitalize. Huge reason why my SF Giants have won 3 World Series in 5 years (that and MadBum).

Like Blazers in 2000, they played "not to lose" rather than to win. More often, it seems, you end up losing.

LOL at Seattle and their fans. I've seen several articles of their fans leaving early only to miss the ending. Like the Heat v. San Antonio. The comparison makes complete sense and is genuine of the fan base... Front-run or don't care.
 
I saw a few fans leave, but not many. I was glad I stayed for the whole game. What a game to see! Pure pandemonium.
 
Reality and what you saw.... Two different things, apparently. Par for the course for you, though?
 
One of us was there. The other one wasn't. I think the one that was there probably is an a better position to say what happened in Section 341.
