LMFAO James Harden got two votes!!!![]()
Isn't voting made public this year? We should be able to see who voted for Harden -- this award (more than most) is based a lot on perception, and the general consensus is that Harden sucks a$$. How does he get two votes?

Come on David Lee got a vote, Harden got two obviously they need to rethink the voting process.
Although outside of a few stupid votes they did a pretty good job overall.
I thought he got an MVP or MIP vote.
I think Babbitt got a vote for 6th man.
Mike Rice voted for Batum Lebron Noah Rubio and Beverly for the first team.

and publicly humiliated.
You can't publicly humiliate a man who genuine loves it when Ronald McDonald visits on camera.
He did and that was even worse than giving Batum or Matthews a vote on this list, which is pretty dumb. I am sorry both are decent defenders but neither is remotely close to being one of the 10 best defenders in basketball.
Is Matthews a better defender than Iguodala, Paul, Conley, Beverly, Butler, Bradley or Allen nope. Therefore he did not deserve a vote.
Is Batum better than George, Lebron, Ibaka, Leonard, Davis or Gibson nope he also did not deserve a vote.
The fact that each got a first team vote is homerism at its worst and whoever cast that ballot should be removed from the balloting and publicly humiliated.

So what about the guy who voted for Harden? Or do you just bash the Blazers whenever you can?![]()

Top 10 defenders? Maybe not. It's an unfair comparison since both guys usually end up guarding the opponents' better offensive players. They're going to get burned, but the goal is to slow them down as much as you can. I wouldn't say they're merely decent defenders. Voters like Rice who are more familiar with the way the team uses Batum and Matthews on defense are in a better position to cast the vote for either of them. Just because you don't like the way someone voted doesn't mean that you're right and they're wrong or even more qualified than they are to make that determination.
