I thought Cory Booker was very good - a lot like Obama in 2004. Melania Trump's speechwriter is fabulous. Will miss her.
People on site have said the majority if Sanders delegates behave like serious people, but of course all the media focus is on the BernieBrats. I think they want Chicago 1968 without their privileged little heads getting bashed. They are now openly cheering Trump winning the elections, saying, in so many words, that will show Hillary! They have not yet threatened to hold their breath until they turn blue, but I am expecting it any day. I honestly thought the idea of a "fart in" was so juvenile and just plain stupid it had to be internet rumor; now, I find myself believing these children will do just that. No wonder they secretly like Trump; third graders admiring the schoolyard bully.
Someone please, explain to me how it advances a progressive agenda to boo their own candidate, shout down Nancy Pelosi, Elijah Cummings, Barbara freaking Lee, and try to disrupt Elizabeth Warren's speech. While Senator Warren was speaking the brats chanted "we trusted you". Trusted her to do what? Behave like a petulant child and say if my candidate comes in second I'll pout and go home? Support an egomaniac who promises to stack the Supreme Court with far right justices, abolish minimum wage, outlaw all abortion, overturn marriage equality, end public education? WTF?
