Next year Im going to draft so differently. Ive hated the team I drafted after like week 2 when I started figuring out what was going on lol.

I thought there was talk to have the 2nd QB position change to just an offensive position, so you could put any offensive player in that slot. I'll need to look at the recap that @BonesJones posted at the end of last season.

My plan for Next Year
-10-12 Teams, 6 make playoffs, playoffs Week 14, 15, and 16.
-Lineup of QB - RB - RB - RB/WR - WR - WR - TE - OP - D/ST - K
(*OP - Offensive Player)
This will be a 2nd QB, but with 10-12 players it could be any other player so that there aren't problems with a lack of QBs.

That was the thought at the end of last season. Guess we ended up scrapping the OP position for a second QB again.

I'm not a fan of an OP/Offensive Player that can be a QB also. You'd be dumb not to put another QB in that spot since they average the most points.
I think it should be FLEX - WR, RB, or TE.

Yeah, I think it will work out well for both of us. I had a lot of depth that I was looking to consolidate and he was looking to fill out his roster with a whole new lineup.

I'm not convinced D. Jackson will succeed with Winston like he did with Fitzmagic though.

There are a couple rosters that scare me, including yours @hoopsjock , but if L. Bell comes back and gets traded, along with Fournette getting healthy. I think I run away with the league. If Fournette battles injury the rest of the season and L. Bell comes back and him and Conner split time, I'm gonna struggle. I'm really hoping Bell gets traded..haha.

I think Jackson's worth simply depends on his health. Last year he was battling a leg injury (hamstring I think) and that makes it tough for a speed receiver. This year he seems healthier. With Mike Evans and the emergence of OJ Howard and Chris Godwin he is seeing a lot of single coverage so I think it's just a matter of if they connect on a deep ball or not.

I have Conner in two of my other leagues and I was so happy to see that Bell didn't report this week. I'm also hoping he gets traded because one of those leagues is a keeper league and having Conner for cheap next year would be sweet (it's an auction league).

Your team is pretty dang good, especially if Rodgers gets healthier too. That is a lot of things that have to go your way but certainly possible.

I drafted bad, not just picking the rams at 3. My team isnt awful, but Ive never liked it which has led to me being a little crazy in trying to over haul it, but at this point the ‘haves’ are really, really good so Im just working out what combinations of players click, what type of players are good, and all that so next year I draft better and have a clearer direction from the start.

I think Neil put my roster together. Ive got a Drew, he’s got a Dame. Then I turned into trader bob lol.
