The field in Mexico City is in bad condition putting the MNF game in jeopardy. They may move it or postpone. If postponed I wonder how fantasy handles it...

I think its super lame they make teams play a “home” game in mexico city or London. I get what their trying to do but you only get 8 home games a year and when you need wins because its a 16 game season, it really sucks to have a home game taken away...The field in Mexico City is in bad condition putting the MNF game in jeopardy. Yeah, I saw LA is a possibility for the game, so I assume the Rams are the home team.I think its super lame they make teams play a “home” game in mexico city or London. If the fields bad just play it at the home teams field?
I've been told in the past a postponement is basically like "tough shit" when it comes to fantasy and you're just screwed. Considering how many important fantasy players are in that game it could be devastating. The field in Mexico City is in bad condition putting the MNF game in jeopardy. They may move it or postpone. Conveniently, both teams have week 12 as a bye, so they could just delay the game a week.I've been told in the past a postponement is basically like "tough shit" when it comes to fantasy and you're just screwed. As long as they announce it before the weekend that would be fine. ESPN would be pissed having one of the best matchups of the year taken from them though.Conveniently, both teams have week 12 as a bye, so they could just delay the game a week.
Yeah, I'm sure the NFL/ESPN will do everything they can to make sure the game is played in Mexico City on Monday. As long as they announce it before the weekend that would be fine. ESPN would be pissed having one of the best matchups of the year taken from them though.
Based off your previous years success, yes!...you hate this huh?Gee thanks! lol
Would you want your favorite team to sign Bell to the huge contract he wants?I'm willing to trade L. Bell (#4 pick in the draft, huge talent, pass catching RB - tons of value in a PPR league - think Kamara, McCaffrey, or Barkley), please direct all offers to me via this thread. Thanks.
No, fuck that. I want players that want to win and care about the team. I know NFL players have a short career compared to other jobs but I couldn't ever see Brady or Elway or Montana sitting out a whole year.Would you want your favorite team to sign Bell to the huge contract he wants?
I know that sounds crazy but Im really not sure if I would.
From a fan perspective I agree with that point. From a person who works for money everyday I understand Bell's perspective much more. He must have enough money save up (hopefully) to be able to sit out. I would love to sit out of work if I had the money to do so..haNo, fuck that. It doesn't even make sense to give up guaranteed money because you want more money.
Theres a lot of ways to look at it, I understand from the rb perspective of I want my guaranteed money before my knees go out. From a fan perspective I agree with that point. The math doesn't make sense to me. He gave up what, like $13 million or something this year? Sitting out will probably cost him some value on the open market. His agent and lawyers still have to win a court battle to not be franchised at the same rate again next year too. From a fan perspective I agree with that point. I wonder if his agent and pitt agreed to not franchise him again? I might be mistaken but I thought I heard that could be an option. The math doesn't make sense to me. Yeah, it's possible. It would have to be a wink, wink type thing.I wonder if his agent and pitt agreed to not franchise him again? I might be mistaken but I thought I heard that could be an option.
Lol. Who are you trying to sucker...?I'm willing to trade L. Bell (#4 pick in the draft, huge talent, pass catching RB - tons of value in a PPR league - think Kamara, McCaffrey, or Barkley), please direct all offers to me via this thread. Thanks.
Just humoring myself. I'll gladly trade him for a bench spot.Lol. Who are you trying to sucker...?
You have managed to put together a good team. If you can get in the playoffs, which I think you will, you might a darkhorse to win.If Dalvin Cook was playing up to expectationsx after the moved I'm making this week, I'd be projected 165ish. As it is, looks like me and @trailblazer18 will each be projected around 157. Damn.
I hope so. I do a pretty good job of drafting depth but I'm hit or miss during the 1st 5 rounds. Usually I'm able to consolidate the depth away to teams that need it for better starters. Having top waiver wire priority all season helped with that. You have managed to put together a good team. If you can get in the playoffs, which I think you will, you might a darkhorse to win.
Just to be clear, when I go to the league page or my lineup page there is a big banner that says our league's trade deadline is Wednesday the 21st. Instead you are saying it's this Friday the 16th in two days?REMINDER!
Trade Deadline will be the Friday at 10:00PM before Week 11. All trades will be pushedthrough by 6:00AM Sunday Morning.
Yes. I made an announcement a couple weeks ago. Should've put something in the LM Note. But basically, I like having the deadline on Friday night, and it only allows you to set the deadline for a Wednesday at a time they pick (which makes it hard with the with Waivers going through Wednesday morning). So I set the ESPN-deadline to the week after the actual deadline. Any trades after the Friday night deadline I veto.Just to be clear, when I go to the league page or my lineup page there is a big banner that says our league's trade deadline is Wednesday the 21st. I am potentially looking for a solid flex spot now that Golden Tate has become an unknown entity in Philly. I have a glut of RB's now that Chubb emerged. Carson or Lindsay might be available for the right price
That's pretty bad...View attachment 23331
Cmon @BoBoBREWSKI ... thats terrible. And did guy even lol at my team before you sent it? Why would I need Gronk when I have Ertz?
