Hey after a couple weeks with a guy whos been injury prone in the past I wanted to move on and I like ajayi. Why wouldnt I use that guy to go get another guy I like.
You could get much better value for that. That's horrid lol.

Vetoing trades because you think it is lopsided is ridiculous and a fantasy foul for sure - it's there to stop cheating. I'll definitely be upset if it doesn't go through.
You just say this because you're on the other end man. Its that, and it's also there to protect against obviously lopsided stuff. I'm sure you can redo the deal with more, but you know you're fleecing him.

Commish vetoing at as well...this league is rubbish.

If you are vetoing trades, why aren't you wearing an "I am an enormous doodyhead" sign?
You wouldn't be making such a big deal about it if it wasn't you who's fleecing him. Even said you could probably get the trade done by giving up a little more and still win the trade while having it go through. You know it's extremely lopsided as is. And it's not like you worked hard on creating this trade, and now that works gone to waste. It's a 1 for 1 swap. I understand the frustration, but you should understand where were coming from as well.

I definitely think I'm getting the better end of the deal. That is one of the main reasons I agreed to the trade, but @TorturedBlazerFan knew what he was getting into and has his reasons for doing the trade. None of you offered a trade for Fournette. I don't know how many outside fantasy articles I need to find that agree that you don't veto trades unless it was cheating.

Us not offering for Fournette have nothing to do with it. Fantasy articles have nothing to do with it. I'm sure I can find articles that say something else as well. He said he didn't want to deal with Fournette's injury. So he trades him for an injured player... makes no sense. Since it'd be impossible for us to prove collusion, we have to veto anything that's extremely imbalanced to protect the league from it, regardless of if we think there's collusion or not. Know what I mean?

It wasnt just the current injury its that I went back and looked and Fournette is almost always questionable with some sort of injury and misses games here and there and its always a ya never know game.

Whatever, it's bogus.

Ajayi has similar issues though. Fournette is a top 8 RB when healthy, and Ajayi isn't even top 20. It makes 0 sense. It's like trading CJ for Jeremy Lamb.

Well whatever the rules are the rules. the rules are if four people veto the trade doesnt happen. So I guess it is what it is.

Honestly, if you get a little more value back I don't think people would have a problem with it.

Should definitely use this thread to announce who's on the trade block and what not.

I didnt know there was an unwritten rule that I had to announce guys I wanted to trade.

Whatever veto it or don’t.

No rule, just common sense if you want to get the best offers for that player.

You need depth at RB. I'd give you 3 RB's for Fournette, one of them (AP) has put up more points than Ajayi.

You don't have to, its just the fact that you showed no diligence when trading your 2nd round pick, then readily traded him for a 7th round pick with the same injury problems 2 weeks into the season.

You may not agree and I dont want to ruffle any feathers, but I hope you can understand why that's confusing to us.

Also, I'm jot.saying this from a standpoint where I want Fournette. I'm not even gonna go after him.

I understand it. Im not confused. I am really, really tired today had a long night (young kids do that once in a while) and I will try to remember that when I post so I dont make a donkey of mysef. I just feel like at this point you guys can veto it if you want, or let it go through its up to the voters. It doesnt do a whole lot of good to just keep talking about it and telling me how wrong you guys think I am for making the offer I did. I get it, I awknowledged that on paper it looks like a bad deal, none of us know how the rest of the seasons gonna go.

So if the trade ends up being vetoed will I know immediate or do I have to wait til the system says its going to process?

"I'll trade you Ryan Grant for Josh Gordon"

*Drops Ryan Grant*
