Joe Ingles has been the best 3pt shooter in the NBA for the last two seasons. He was 3rd in the NBA last season (behind Korver, and Crabbe) shooting 44.1%. He is currently 2nd in the NBA this season (behind Thompson) shooting 45.3% .

But the All-Star Weekend is about marketing, not recognising the best.
