Im trying to figure out how to cut, and slide, and actually resemble some one who’s actually played basketball, but also I want to bend my right knee as little as possible. I think doing those things in a pool will help.Absolutely use the water. Reduces impact and gives consistent resistance for movement. front lunges. Side slide, Back pedal. All of it will work in the pool.
I literally dont think I can stay in front of a shadow right now, but past about a 20 degree bend my knee starts to lock up, and it hurts a lot. Hasnt stopped me from playing, but it has stopped me from playing well lol.
