Collins will not be playing in the games (though he will practice with the team - he's from Vegas).

I assume Layman will not be playing this year (but that's not confirmed, at least by me).

Summer league wouldn't be all that beneficial for him and there are summer pro leagues around that offer good competition.

I really don't wan't Collins playing in SL. I don't think post players accomplish much during those games. The risk for injury is not worth the small reward. Practicing with the team is good enough for me.
