Maybe that's the translation. But I wonder why they'd attack her rather than any of the other outsiders that had a good debate performance? Yang, for instance, is much more of an outsider than a sitting US congressperson, and had arguably a better debate than Tulsi.

Also I don't see why the 'corporate media' would be threatened by a candidate polling at 1 or 2%, even if she did have a good debate. What's the threat, even if she were to win the presidency? Is she going to outlaw TV or something?

The most-searched part doesn't mean much - Marianne had a lot of searches too, and polls at 0%. It's more a function of lack of name recognition.

She’s the most outspoken against war, period. That’s why she is the biggest threat. The military industrial complex is perhaps the biggest cash cow for powerful private interests. Look at who sponsors Fox, CNN and MSNBC—companies like Boeing and Raytheon. Some of the biggest defense contractors on the planet. You think they might want to get their money’s worth out of their sponsorship? Seems odd to me that these companies don’t pay for traditional commercial break advertisements, yet still are willing to fund these networks to the tune of millions. Tulsi may not be polling high, the corporate news media intends to keep it that way. When one of these status quo-threatening candidates begins to pique the public interest, it’s time for a smear job. Russia?? Come the fuck on.

Why is it ok for companies like Facebook, Google, Twitter and YouTube to influence elections, quite literally, with algorithms and selective preferences? Nobody seems to bring up this point when crying about election meddling. Those four companies combined have more power and influence than the Russian government, yet we are in a literal state of hysteria at the prospect of a has-been superpower (allegedly) paying $4000 for some hackers to make memes.

These guy don't believe it. But you can prove it to yourself. Google fails on damn near every query I try where I want to see some stuff not in step with the current liberal talking points.
Duckduckgo on the other hand will dig it right out.

Eh, that sounds pretty tin-foil-hat to me. But I'm willing to listen and read. Show me what Boeing and Raytheon spend on Fox, CNN, and MSNBC. If it's an enormous amount, I'll start to be convinced.

And I'm not sure that jewishinsider.com really qualifies as 'corporate news media' anyway. Do they get money from Raytheon also?

Does the Daily Stormer take orders from the corporate news media? Does RT?

I think big tech, is one of the most dangerous forces on the planet right now. Google, Amazon, Twitter, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft, all of them are scary...

Edit: For the record, that may be tinfoil hat, but it's just my opinion.

They do have a lot of power, and I wouldn't mind seeing them reined in. But why would they bother to influence the election (especially in the direction of the Democrats)? I guess I could see why they might want to support the party of caveat emptor capitalism...

Ask yourself, which party is more likely to regulate them or break them up? And which party is more likely to merely tweet about them?

The amount of money the Russians spent is far more than $4000. Read the Mueller report.

Not sure I can take your personal experience with search engines to mean much because - how can I put this gently - you suck at typing.

I will stipulate that if Google was inclined to do something untoward, they would have the means to do so. I haven't seen credible reports of their evil intent as it pertains to elections, but I haven't followed the story closely, so happy to look at a link if you or johnnyboy have one.

I don't know if I think they steer elections and stuff (but it wouldn't surprise me), people pay good money to come up on the first page of google searches which I'm kind of ok with. Really I don't think they care about the elections as much as they care money, and they don't seem to care who gives it to them. Though I've got more 1st hand experience with Microsoft then the others.

Biden just told 200 million gun owners he considered them criminals and he would send the military to kill them and their families if elected.

So we can be assured he has no chance in hell.

So who's left now, anyone?

Just you, Maris. Only you can save America! Will you accept our unanimous vote for you to be President-for-Life?

Interesting data. Looks like Warren, who I thought had a good debate, had an excellent debate. And it looks like everyone hated John Delaney as much as I did :)

Loony Liz's emotional meltdown at the debate is a major source of humor for any conservative that watched.

Clearly, she has no control and came across like a 5 year old who wanted a doll at the store but her mommy told her no.

Putin would make her cry, and Moon would make her wet her undies.

Frankly, Sanders comes across just as immature.

John Delaney is probably the only one who would even have a chance to get 40% against Trump because he can do simple math and has a cool head.

Did he make his final fuck up?

Depends on if you think saying that assault weapons should be banned is his final fuck up.

I'm pretty sure Maris's stat of 200M assault weapon owners is wildly incorrect.

I imagine it is quite a number to over come. But I really have no idea, how many. I don't know what an assault weapon is, so I imagine he will need to specify.
Then we will know more, hey!

Probably not, but I’d be willing to bet they support regime change efforts in the Middle East, for better or worse. I think that’s enough of a reason to actively dislike an anti-war candidate.

Oh but Tulsi Gabbard is a Russian asset. Got it.

Ok, maybe. I'd never heard of jewishinsider.com until yesterday, and I don't care enough to go figure out what their political bent is.

But... all they did was report on what the Daily Stormer did. Now, maybe they made it up. If so, that should be provable.

If they didn't make it up, then they are just reporting facts and it doesn't matter whether they hate Tulsi or not.

Biden Aides Forced To Use The Spray Bottle Again
August 7th, 2019
article-4627-1.jpg
DETROIT, MI—Presidential candidate Joe Biden's aides were once again forced to use the spray bottle at a recent campaign event.

As the former vice president wandered the crowd, aides were poised throughout the room, ready to spring into action. Luckily, they were ready when the inevitable happened.

"No, Joe! Bad Joe!" the aide said as Biden found a girl in the crowd and began to put his hands on her shoulders. She sprayed him in the face several times with the spray bottle. "What did we talk about? Heel, Joe!"

Biden whined a little but eventually backed off and followed the aide back to the stage.

"He's learning," the aide said. "You just have to know when to use positive reinforcement and when to resort to physical punishment." She said that the campaign has purchased treats that are given to Biden when he's a good boy and refrains from touching any women or girls at a campaign stop.

"Showing him a little love and care will result in drastically change behavior if you keep at it," she said.

"No, Joe! Bad!" she then shouted as she saw Biden wrapped around her leg and was forced to spray him again.

Why do you continue to embarrass yourself with lies?

Don't take all those sleeping pills and you won't have these day dream fantasies.

Confusion at the Iowa State Fair? Biden says ‘we choose truth over facts'

By Andrew O'Reilly | Fox News

It has been an unsteady week for Democratic presidential primary frontrunner Joe Biden when it comes to onstage appearances.

The former vice president’s travails appeared to continue on Thursday while on the stump at the Iowa State Fair, where he seemed to mix up his words during a speech to fairgoers.

“We choose science over fiction,” Biden said. “We choose truth over facts.”

It is unclear what phrase Biden was reaching for, or if he meant "truth over facts” in some fashion.

The question arose just days after the candidate misstated the locations of mass shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, while speaking to donors at a high-dollar fundraiser in San Diego.

Biden, 76, mistakenly referred to the shootings as “the tragic events in Houston today and also in Michigan the day before," but later corrected himself, according to a pool report. Biden seemingly confused Houston for El Paso and Michigan for Ohio when speaking to donors about the shootings.

Such mistakes are not unique to any one candidate. President Trump, for instance, on Monday misstated the location of one of the mass shootings that rocked the nation over the weekend – referring to Toledo instead of Dayton – during a speech in which he condemned the "monstrous evil" that left at least 30 dead.

For his part, Biden has had other mixups on the campaign trail. In May, Biden confused former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, who left office in 1990, with then-Prime Minister Theresa May.
