2021 Season

Getting a little discouraged about the start to the next season with the owners attempting to restructure the recently agreed upon CBA. Pretty crazy that the originally intended start of the season is just over 5 weeks away. Doesn't look/feel like we are going to see hockey at that time to me.

I agree. And what a shocker the owners are once again trying to take advantage of a players union that gives and gives and gives all the time.

Yeah, not surprising but, it seems like they are making progress and January 13 is the intended start date. Things are looking up!

At least they'll get in 52 plus games. Sounds like no preseason and realigned divisions.

Yeah, 52-56 games, realigned divisions. although I suspect the Metro division will be largely unchanged outside of maybe CBJ and Car being moved. Hopeful this is the last season we have to deal with this.

Yep. Just substitute boston in and take columbus out and you have our division!

Looking more and more like we are getting a season! The Rangers pick up Boston and Buffalo in place of Carolina and Columbus. If all goes according to plan we will be watching hockey in just over 3 weeks...! WOW!

I missed that move. Was he a FA or traded? He may be a nice fit there but that team is a mess. Hope he finds success somewhere. I always liked him.
