Seriously? This is just sad. This place after a loss is fucking pathetic.

Yeah seriously. He saw he was shooting 1-12 and decided his calf hurt. He failed and abandoned his team tonight.

I’m not putting the blame on Dame, but when he’s in, the pace slows and there’s a lot of standing and watching him. They can’t defer to him.

Cry some more. The fact that you think he's too embarrassed to come out, and not actually hurt is laughable after his like 10 year track record here. he had a bad night. You're having a worse night on here. Just sad.

One nights like this, this is why Dame is not the Greatest Blazer. I know I'll take some flak, but if he is not shooting well, he will still shoot, but not really be able to help the team in other ways. He got a few assists, but if Walton or Drexler weren't scoring, there were many other ways they could still impact the game and help their team.

Josh Hart is a closer! He gets you the ball.

Yeah, except he had a mismatch for Jeremi on the low block when the game was going back and forth at the end and decided he needed to attack the basket like he was a scorer. Josh giveth and Josh taketh away.

90% of time he attacks the basket this season it's a fucking turnover.

Or Sharpe.

Whatever. Don't give him an excuse, he doesn't deserve one tonight.

I'm done. Fuck this.

Where did I give him an excuse? He shot poorly. He apparently got hurt. Your fucking ridiculous take that he's faking that because he is embarrassed at his shooting is some of the dumbest shit I've seen on here. Maybe stop drinking for the night. You sound like a an idiot.

I'm done. Fuck this.

sleep it off and sober up

The meltdown on a bad game where Dame was playing injured is epic.

Wouldn't expect anything less from blazers fans to turn on their stars, even the GOAT of the franchise.

One game.
On a Saturday night
Against the Utah Jazz.

His longterm health should be the focus

Lmao everyone having a meltdown is fuckin hilarious. It’s like we’ve never lost a game due to poor shooting or poor handling of the ball. With what looked like a lot of standing around waiting for something to happen.

It's kind of a bummer. Nobody really had high expectations. We come out hot. Lose some we shouldn't, win some we shouldn't, but people blow up on the losses and shit all over the best player this franchise has ever seen. Oh, Clyde would never... Fuck Clyde.

Dame's long-term health should be the concern....as he is getting older and injuries don't heal as quickly and occur more often.
As for the Goat, I still submit there needs to be at least some WC game wins in a career. Otherwise, we are greatly disrespecting Walton and Clyde.....who played both sides of the ball.

how soon we forget.

he had an awful night.

but he's earned our belief in him.... or so i thought.

And Clyde, gimme a break. Revisionist history much? the going got tough and he bounced.

They really need to just be conservative with Dame. Let him rest and fully heal. He’s been awful since he returned and it’s probably due to the calf. We saw what he was like before the injury so we’ll need him later in the season.

Also this isn’t game 6 of the wcf if dame had even a twinge of a calf pull he shouldn’t push it. No reason to. We haven’t even broken 20 played games yet.

Blazers Uprise Postgame Show!
Jazz 118, Blazers 113
Blazers lose 2 out of 3 on their brief home stand and now head out on the road for a tough 4-game road trip. Come talk about the game with us. What went wrong?

What revisionist history? He got us to the Finals...twice. Sure, and then he left to go home, play with his college teammate, and win a title. I would wish that for Dame as well if he had got us close but not quite over the top. As for belief in Dame, he is a brilliant offensive player. Didn't know that one side of the ball, not getting very good post-season results qualified as the Goat.

Perhaps my definition is different, which is fine...we can agree to disagree.
