Nurk played pretty well tonight. But, man his lack of ability to move is astounding. He's so slow. He let Vanderbilt shoot lights out from three because he refused to go out and guard him.

He needs to get in better shape.

You can block him; he is the only one i have on permanent block.
I haven't yet, but I think I am probably one of only 2 or 3.
Imagine how pathetic of an existence you have where you're a "fan" of a team, you complain about them online constantly, and you might as well be yelling it in an empty room because nobody listens or responds really.

Sharpe needs to start sinking them again. He really looks like a 19 year old rookie out there. Just one with limitless potential. He's not gonna be one of those immediately god tier superstars. Keep in mind that a lot of guys are terrible their first season. KD and Kobe come to mind. When Sharpe and Walker figure things out, we get Dame, Hart and GPII healthy we will have a really solid team that can make some noise.

You don't have to convince us about SS. We know he will be good, and we know young rookies struggle...which is why we didn't want him to start. He says till needs to get minutes.

I'd have never guessed our best PER was one guy and by a huge margin....yep...Jabari Walker...+12 leading all players.

As a fan I couldn't tune one play out of this game...kept me engaged for all 4 qtrs...man what a game!

It almost looked like the game plan was to let Vanderbilt shoot 3s. They did not attempt to cover him.

nurk let him shoot 4 wide open threes, obviously it was the game plan

if it wasnt, chauncey wouldve taken nurk out (cause he speaks about accountability)

nurk did the same with davis & westbrook, even chauncey has spoken about it after the lakers game (the one that we won)

Very impressed with Ant tonight in the 4th. I was afraid he would force things coming back in........ maybe wanting to get 50? It would have been easy for him to start forcing shots right away but was content with allowing Grant to shine.

Ant is so clutch with his FTs.

Who would have thought the Blazers would league the lead (tied with Denver) with the most road wins at this point in the season?
Who would've thought that we would have a losing home record at the same time.

By any chance did you mean KG and not KD?

Because Durant had a really good rookie year, averaged 20 points and looked really good.

great road win

* why would anybody complain about Watford? He's just a solid player on a very cheap contract, and he seems to do the things Portland needs

* when Ant gets locked in he's close to unstoppable. Scalding hot at times. But still, the most encouraging thing to me is he's really beginning to get to the FT line, and make them when he gets there. Yeah, he had some bad turnovers but those were forgivable errors

I have said this before but I think Watford allows the Blazers to use Grant at SF more often. A Grant, Nurk, Watford front line is long (all with a 7.2" wing or better) and two decent ball handlers. Pair them with Dame and Ant and you have 3 excellent 3pt shooters on the floor as well

Also: Greg looked like an actual NBA player - loved the hustle, and he had a great dunk and a three pointer!
Yes no shit, i was kinda shoked to see him playing good. Always thought he's just a guy that can jump high but definitely no NBA Player. Feel more confident now about him

Dame still trying to speak it into existence

Durant’s shooting percentages were awful.

There wasn’t any doubt Blazers were going to lose this lead and lose right? That’s how bad this season has been it’s obvious

Yeah, but what about Ant’s dramatic drop-off in 3 point shooting this year that you keep talking about every game? Oh, and we won this game.
