I wish the Blazers were good enough to where they could simply choose to win games.

Probably was a good decision to rest Nurk last night. Would have liked to get the win but they can still get this game. Remember they still need to play in Denver. They can still get a 3-3 or even a 4-2 road trip.
Rule of thumb. If you win half your road games you have done very well. Blazers right now are 10-8 on the road. The only other Western coference team to have a winning road record is the Nuggets at 9-8.
Blazers Home record has improved but they need to start taking care of the HCA. That will continue to be tough until well into January. 31 games into the season and they are 3 games over .500. You got to be happy about that at this point.

I agree with you on this if the injury is indeed real. I kind of thought or at least got the impression it was about rest. If he does have a calf injury they absolutely need to get it healed up.
