Roster issue. I think it’s more of a Nurk issue. Man, I’m sorry I respect your opinion on most things but that guy sucks and we’re better off without him
 
Wouldn't be a Blazer game with Scott Foster without him blowing a goaltend call.
 
Scott Foster sure likes calling Goal tending against the Blazers. For the Blazers? Not so much?

Nurkic sucks. He bogs down the offense, flails around and picks up ticky tack’s because he’s fat and lazy.

Cronin and Billups came out to Bosnia to visit in the offseason and he brought back too many extra pounds coming into training camp. This team is better off without him. Slow and immobile centers are a thing of the past

Im just not sure why you keep belaboring this point, especially in a game where he isnt even playing. We get your feelings on thid matter.

Just wondering what you were saying while we were down 20 in the first half last night. Was that Nurks fault too?
 
I hope the critics of the Dame/Ant backcourt are seeing the synergy tonight.

Dame's gravity is insane
 
What can we get in trade for Nurk. I think we are a better team without his services

No that was a jump shooting team failing to be hot. I’ve been saying this forever, this roster is completely flawed. No size, not enough depth, too reliant on jump shooting. Unless you plan on tanking, playing the Stotts way is our best bet at staying competitive and keeping Lillard happy
 
All the other teams I wanted to lose are winning. We’ll at least we can pass Utah.

Sometimes they are in sync on offense but they're always struggling defensively. This isn't a new thing. It's crazy that the problems with Dame and Ant even have to be explained to people that have been following this team for the last decade.

Bulls have been doubling and trapping Dame all night and he has 28 points...on 11 shots

Blazers are up 11, on the road, against a team shooting 61%. Blazers have outscored the Bulls by 13 at the FT line. Getting to the line is winning basketball
 
Can't really afford to lose Drew with Nurk already out.
 
I love what Drew has done for the team this year but 1 rebound in 16 minutes is pretty bad.

I like that Billups is trying to instill a defensive mindset in this team, but you really need a more balanced roster for Billups ball to be consistently successful.

The incessant switches are killing me.

This is impressive but it's also problematic. The Bulls just aren't that good. So the fact that we're giving up 60+% shooting to this team is a huge problem. I'm hoping at some point in Dame's career we'll have the guys around him that allow us just to beat teams in any type of ball game not one out shoot our opponents. Don't get me wrong, right now we just need to win however we can win but our defense is shitty. The Bulls are shooting 11% better than they usually do.

Nothing I’m guessing, maybe attach a 2nd rounder and someone like Nas and we could get back something that would help us. I don’t think there is a huge market for giant slow bigs anymore unless your name is Jokic.
 
If I was a bulls fan I would be mad at the free throw disparity in the first half. I hope the refs don't work on evening that out in the second half. I get that the Blazers are being the most aggressive driving into the lane, but that is till a big difference 16-2
