This is why I don’t put any stock into a tank game. As soon as the other team needs to play they absolutely shut them down.
Sharpe has improved this season no question but he has 2 points this quarter and the Clippers are putting this game away.
Sounds like you actually ARE putting stock into the tank game.

John Butler has some surprisingly good defensive instincts.

Sharpe’s ability to gamble and recovery is seriously impressive. Terrance Mann isn’t a scrub.

All he needs to do is not ball-watch too much.

I never said Knox was a keeper. I said what I think he needs to do to be a keeper.
Mays looks like a competent backup point guard.
At this point I’m not even sure Watford and Walker are keepers let alone any of the guys they have picked up.

I hope Cronin is thinking that too. He needs to be constantly working to improve the roster.
Yes that's the hope. But I don't trust that dude with much of anything anymore...so we shall see.

I think Simons is gone this summer.
Yeah, he's our second biggest contract heading into this off season so if Joe is serious about getting Dame some help that has some experience then Ant will have to be going out in that trade just to match salaries. I honestly think that on draft day Joe will get someone sending out Ant, Nurk and multiple FRPs and I think he could get Dame the best player he's played with.

The clippers and wolves have no excuse for being as bad as they are.

At this point I’m not even sure Watford and Walker are keepers let alone any of the guys they have picked up.

The range of opinion on these guys is pretty amazing. People wanted Walker playing consistent role minutes to start the season. Earlier this week, there was push back to the idea that Watford should only be a situational backup.

If you don't know that Watford is a keeper, then I am glad you are not in our front office.
I think you are a little blinded by that summer league MVP trophy.
He’s going to play somewhere but not sure it needs to be for Portland.

I thought that was a nice finish inside by Butler... sure the defender was almost a foot shorter than him but it was still nice to see Butler doe something with his length.

The worst Clippers and Wolves teams you've seen in your lifetime?
Hmmm…… maybe? The clippers have a ton of talent. They shouldn’t be this bad. They might be the worst clippers TEAM in my lifetime.

Walker...OK but Watford is a keeper. He's 22 and could easily develop into a rotation player.

Obviously, whoever this fairly-hard is, they're just yanking our chain. I'm sure it's all in fun

after watching the tank games, if I had to pick a 'backup' PG off of this roster for next season, I'd have a tough time deciding between Mays and Harrison. I really like Harrison's speed and athleticism

Is Kevin Knox a keeper? He's certainly impressed me more than Cam Reddish. He's BIG, too.
