Ayton was fine. Simons looked gassed. Blazer guards shot 35% FG w/7 turnovers. But it's easier to blame DA's cardio

I wanna compete with StatMuse...

the Blazers are 3-9 when Ayton has a 20 & 10 game; a .250 winning percentage. Their season mark is .281. Overall, when Ayton plays the Blazers are 11-31; a .262 winning percentage

does that mean that Ayton has no impact on winning even when he's scoring and rebounding well? Maybe. If not, what does it mean? Doesn't matter because I'm like StatMuse

I listened to the fake Blazers radio show with (never disappointed, so you shouldn't be either) Chad Doing. They spent the better part of an hour lavishing over Deandre Ayton options.

The Blazers can resign Ayton in 2 years, trade him next summer, etc. etc. Then (not grumpy anymore) Dwight Jaynes conjured up a shiny gem of positive takes. "Ayton has performed better in Portland then anyone expected" -- DA's ppg & eFG is down from his PHX avg. FTA is a career low. Ayton has missed considerable time healing up injuries. "Better then anyone expected??"

Ayton is what Ayton is. The reason his numbers are lower than usual is that he's playing with far far inferior talent than he has in Phoenix. Even in Ayton's rookie season Booker was kicking ass in a way that absolutely no one on this team is capable of, which definitely frees up a big like Ayton.

Jerami and Ant also are what they are. All three of these guys getting the kind of minutes they're getting (especially Jerami) is pretty fucking crazy at this point in what is obviously a season that is wasted and can only be somewhat salvaged by acquiring a difference maker in the draft.

The Blazers have nothing to do with that guys show. He works for the radio station that happens to carry the radio broadcast.

notice i said "fake" Blazers radio
It’s not a Blazers radio show is all I’m saying. The way you post on here this reads like you are saying the Blazers are putting out a fake radio show, whatever that means.

the non-official Blazery question is..
Is Ayton's first season in Portland better then anyone expected ??

It's not why they lost the game if anything Ayton was a bright spot tonight.

This one of few games I have seen this year due to the TV contract that the blazers sign with root. But these what I seen and it's not all bad. I believe they got few talent young players on this team. Camara and Murray they both are long and they have a chance to be good defenders. Ayton I like actually I like him from his college days in Arizona. But here what I also see there supposed two best players of grant and Simons is to one demenional there both offense players and they really don't give much of anything else on consistent basis. Scoot makes to many mental mistakes on both ends of the court to be a starter point guard right now and I haven't seen a player shoot that bad from the three point line in long time hell majority wasn't even close going on. But biggest thing is billups he had this team all year and still clueless how to play defense. Yes there was some good individual defense by few players but there wasn't no help defense or backside defense that whole game to me that's on coach. It make me fill billups not holding any accountability on that end of the floor this my opinion.

Scoot was shooting threes pretty good before his latest injury, so hopefully he can get back in the groove again.
